Beta status

Bytevion is in private beta. The service is provided as-is during beta. We do not offer SLA guarantees on the self-serve plans; uptime SLAs and service credits apply only to Scale and Enterprise contracts.

Your account

You agree to keep your provider keys secure and to not share your Bytevion API key. We will not access your provider accounts or read your prompts unless you turn on telemetry retention. You are responsible for your own provider spend; we are not the merchant of record on pass-through provider invoices unless you sign an Enterprise managed-billing addendum.

Billing

Self-serve plans are billed monthly in advance, with BCU overage in arrears. Enterprise plans are billed quarterly in advance against committed BCU drawdowns. Provider passthrough is billed at your provider's snapshot rate at request time. Refunds for unused committed BCUs are not the default; contact us if you have a specific case.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bytevion to generate or distribute content that violates the underlying model providers' usage policies. We will suspend an account that does, and we will not pre-clear specific use cases on our own; that judgment sits with the model providers.

Liability

Maximum aggregate liability for self-serve plans is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Enterprise contracts can negotiate this cap.

Changes

We will email account owners at least 30 days before any material change to these terms. The signed PDF version of the MSA is available on request for procurement reviews. Send to namaste@bytevion.com.
