We just signed our first enterprise contract and the team is three people: two founders and a CTO. A larger hiring page would be marketing fiction. Instead, here is the honest version.
The shape of the work
Distributed systems with a research bent. Routing classifiers, semantic cache eviction policies, prompt compression with quality guardrails, KV cache strategy. Real production traffic from real pilots. Numbers matter; benchmark methodology matters more.
Who fits
- You have shipped a runtime, a database, a compiler, or a pipeline before.
- You can read a paper and ship a feature from it the same week.
- You think pricing is part of the product, not part of the slide deck.
- You want to be early, not employee 50.
